Increased activity of the THE RUSSIAN BETA VLF TIME NETWORK STATION

I have seen today that the activity of the Russian Beta Network looks to be rivitalized and increased , Today was not limited in the morning , but repeated regularly each hour till starting time at 14.00 UTC.
For some reason this activity could be related to support Military activities and carrying Military informations ?
