FLARE WITH HF SHORT BLACKOUT ON 16th AUGUST AROUND 8.01 UTC RECORDED FROM TWENTE UNIVERSITY SDR

 I have retrieved today the data from the NOAA archive related to the flare of the 16th of August with maximum at 8.01 UTC as in the two following pictures : 

Being the region of interest also Europe , I have checked on the daily full recording of the SDR of the Twente University and found the signs of a shorth blackout on the HF , as highlighted in the following pictures :

Starting from lower frequency ( the first sign of blackout is around 3855 kHz ) .
