DIPLOMA SANREMO: FESTIVAL DELLA CANZONE , GARA CICLISTICA MILANO-SANREMO,CARRI FIORITI

 

La Sezione ARI di Sanremo istituisce il Diploma Sanremo, scopo dell’iniziativa e quello di incentivare l’attività radioamatoriale e valorizzare le tradizioni della città dei fiori.

REGOLAMENTO

PARTECIPAZIONE

La partecipazione è aperta a tutti gli OM e SWL di tutto il mondo e si devono collegare le stazioni degli OM appartenenti alla Sezione ARI di Sanremo e la stazione Jolly IQ1SM.

COLLEGAMENTI

Le stazioni appartenenti alla Sezione di Sanremo faranno chiamata “ CQ Diploma Sanremo”,

aggiungeranno al proprio nominativo “Sanremo”e passeranno ai corrispondenti il rapporto RS(T) , la stessa stazione potrà essere collegata più volte ma in date differenti oppure nello stesso giorno ma in bande e/o modi diversi .

PUNTEGGI
Ogni stazione collegata vale 1 punto mentre i QSO con la stazione
Jolly IQ1SM valgono 3 punti.
CONSEGUIMENTO DEL DIPLOMA
Per conseguire il Diploma , che è un attestato di partecipazione , è necessario aver collezionato almeno 30 punti .

Tra i richiedenti il Diploma verranno premiati :

Con un Pocket Radio Dual-band V/UHF (tipo Baofeng ) il 1°OM italiano (esclusi i soci della sezione ARI Sanremo) e il 2°OM italiano con un premio messo in palio dal Presidente  IZ1GAR  Emilio.

Sarà premiato un OM straniero che avrà conseguito il punteggio più elevato.

In caso di parità vincerà la stazione più distante da Sanremo.Ogni decisione del Comitato organizzatore (IZ1GAR e I1UWF ) è inappellabile.

Chi richiederà il Diploma negli anni 2013-2014-2015 riceverà un attestato particolare.

Il Diploma Sanremo 2013 è valido anche ai fini del nuovo ASC Award con il codice G03DS

per i QSO effettuati con la stazione Jolly IQ1SM.

DOCUMENTAZIONE RICHIESTA

L’estratto log del richiedente il diploma elencherà : Nominativo, data, ora , frequenza , rapporto e ovrà pervenire esclusivamente in formato txt , excel o word, non è accettato nessun altro tipo di formato. Esso dovrà giungere entro il 31/5/2013, esclusivamente come allegato di una e-mail , al responsabile del Diploma I1YHU Gianni all’indirizzo : i1yhugianni@tin.it   , che invierà il diploma in formato pdf al richiedente.

Eccezionalmente potrà essere richiesto tramite posta con SASE e francobolli indirizzando la

richiesta ad : ARI Sanremo – Diploma Sanremo – UFFICIO Sanremo - CasellaPostale 114 -18038 SANREMO (IM).

Non è richiesto l’invio delle QSL.

The Sezione ARI Sanremo proposes the “ Diploma Sanremo “ , purpose of this initiative is to stimulate Radioamateur activity and increase the value of the city of flowers traditions .

PARTECIPATION

OM and SWL of all over the world can participate working OM belonging to the Sezione ARI Sanremo  and the Jolly station IQ1SM.

PERIOD
Starting from 0000 UTC of 23rd February 2013 up to 2400 UTC of 17th March 2013

SCORING

Stations belonging to Sezione ARI Sanremo will make the call : “ CQ Diploma Sanremo “ adding to the own callsign : “ Sanremo “ . Each station connected counts 1 point . It can be reconnected but in a different day or in the same day but in a different band or mode . IQ1SM counts 3 points .To obtain the Award, that is a participation certificate , it is necessary to collect at least 30 points .

Among the applicants the diploma will be awarded with a pocket radio Dual-band V/UHF (type Baofeng) one Italian OM ( not the members of Sezione ARI Sanremo) and one foreigners OM who have achieved the highest score. In case of equality will win the station furthest from Sanremo . Every decision of the Committee (IZ1GAR and I1UWF ) is final. Who will take the Award in the years 2013-2014-2015 will receive a particular certificate.

The Diploma Sanremo 2013 is valid also for the new ASC Awards with the code G03DS for all qso’s made with the Jolly station IQ1SM .

SUBMISSION

Electronic entries for the Award will contain an extract of the log with the following data :

Callsign , date, time, frequency ,RS(T); it should be sent only as .txt , excel or word . It is not accepted any other format. It has to be sent within the 31st May 2013, only as attached of an e-mail , to the Award Manager Gianni I1YHU , email address :   i1yhugianni@tin.it    He will send back the Award as pdf.

Exceptionally the Award can be requested by mail , with SASE and enough money for postage return to: ARI Sanremo - Diploma Sanremo – UFFICIO Sanremo – Casella Postale 114 – 18038 SANREMO (IM).QSL are not requested.Rules and further news related to this Award will be available at ARI Sanremo :. www.arisanremo.it
