Stazione HAARP

HAARP significa High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program ed è un programma di ricerca di fisica della ionosfera, condotto dall’Air Force Research Laboratory e dall’Office of Naval Research statunitensi. sia gli scienziati che i militari usano HAARP per studiare come queste perturbazioni della ionosfera influenzino le comunicazioni radio, e sopratutto i militari sono interessati a capire meglio come funziona la ionosfera e come questa può essere utilizzata per le trasmissioni radio a lunga distanza e con i sommergibili in emersione. Trasmette in HF tra 2.8 -10 MHz da Gakona, Alaska. La QSL ricevuta è riferita a un mio ascolto del 20/01/2008 , 7.50-7.58 UTC in CW sui 7047,5 kHz,la stazione eseguiva dei test di prova via EME Alaska-Messico, ricevuto la QSL dopo circa 5 mesi. (dati dal mio quaderno di stazione).

Thank you for your participation in the HAARP-LWA Moon Bounce experiments of 19 and 20 January 2008. We have received over 1500 reports from amateur radio hams throughout the USA and other countries, including Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Argentina, Australia, Marshall Islands, Hawaii, and Japan. We apologize if we have not listed your country; we have not yet been able to review all reports. These reports will help us to understand the propagation characteristics of the HAARP skywave and lunar echoes. As we review your reports we plan to post on the HAARP website further information learned from these experiments.
